Search and Recovery Diver
Be the diver everyone counts on when something is lost underwater. The PADI Search and Recovery Diver course teaches you how to locate and retrieve lost items, from small valuables to large objects, using a variety of search techniques and lift bags.
Prerequisite: PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver, age 12+

Training Breakdown:
Your learning begins with 2–4 hours of PADI eLearning, where you’ll study search techniques, lift bag use, and recovery planning. Then, over four instructor-led open water dives, you'll practice locating items, refining your search pattern skills, and lifting objects of different sizes and weights.
What You’ll Need:
Bring your basic scuba gear. Students recieve 50% discount on rental equipment for the course.
Who Can Join?
Divers must be 12 years or older and certified as a PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver or equivalent. Participants should be in good physical health.
